Staff Report, noting a suggested amendment to condition #14D.2 to read: Central Valley Rural Fire District and adding condition #16 to read: That 30 feet of Spooner Road east of the centerline shall be dedicated to the public along the entire width of the subdivision. Adding an additional condition #17: No access strip adjacent to Spooner Road shall be shown on the final plat except at county approved encroachments.

Finding that the Robinson Minor meets the requirements of the Montana Subdivision and Platting Act, that the effects from one additional lot will have little affect on the primary criteria and finding that it complies with the Gallatin County Subdivision Regulations, I would move to approve the Robinson Minor with staff suggested conditions and with the addition of condition #17 which provides for a no access strip and the amendment of condition #14D.2 to amend the reference from Belgrade Rural Fire to Central Valley Fire.
